College football star Jalin Hyatt inks NIL deal with World of Hyatt

Through its new agreement with University of Tennessee football star Jalin Hyatt, World of Hyatt is one of the first hotel brands to announce a name, image and likeness “NIL” deal.

Hyatt recently broke the University of Tennessee’s single-season receiving touchdown record and is a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, given to the nation’s top collegiate wide receiver.

“This Hyatt-Hyatt collaboration is more than a natural fit and it brings us all together when it really matters,” said Hyatt, a speedy receiver who has been stellar for the Volunteers this season and has earned national attention for his ability to make explosive plays.

A junior from Irmo, South Carolina, majoring in recreation and sport management, the 2022 Maxwell Award Semifinalist expressed gratitude to The World of Hyatt team that “gave me the ability to create a deal that benefited my teammates and our families.”

“That’s real, as those are the people I care about the most. Knowing my teammates’ families will all have help to be at the game, and that they are being cared for on the road is amazing.”

This deal is just one of many that the star student-athlete has added during his breakout junior campaign. Due to his increase in popularity, Hyatt has been able to procure a number of NIL agreements with top brands including Bose, Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment and Breaking T.

Hyatt will promote the hotel chain’s World of Hyatt rewards program — and in exchange will earn his entire team assistance with staying at Hyatt Hotels during the upcoming Orange Bowl in Miami.
