The ability to bundle the service with popular platforms like Disney+, Hulu, and/or Max adds a layer of flexibility, offering consumers a tailored entertainment package.

ESPN, FOX, and Warner Bros. Discovery will each hold a one-third stake in the joint venture, boasting equal board representation.
